Nihat Efendi Olive Oil Factory was establishedin Esenköy town of Yalova in 1956 by Nihat TÜMER who gave his name to the brand. The factory, which was constituted with a closed area of 300 square meters on a land of 1000 square meters, started olive oil production with the traditional stone pressing system. In 2004, the first continuous machine system with a capacity of 40 tons of olive grinding in 24 hours was established by HadiTÜMER, who is the manager of second generation, in order to adapt to the requirements of the age. In 2006, Nihat Efendi Olive Oil continued to serve by increasing their capacity to 60 tons olive grinding in 24 hours with capacity increasing investment. In2008, various business lines were combined and merge under the name of TÜMERLER FOOD TOURISM CONSTRUCTION IND. TRADE. CO. LTD. In 2013, a semiautomatic soil filter system, paper filter system and packaging system were added to our facility and it continues to serve with these qualifications.
